Cosmopolitan Hotel

Comforts of fashionable classic double room with a view to eat in were fabulous. The breakfast selection was perfect with bacon and salami and a dish of scrambled egg. All the employees were extremely friendly and five star.

My room was well-kept with free wifi access, had smoke detectors for safety measures. The location was unbeatable and nice in the busy area. You could walk to a market and shops.

Everything was perfect, and it had good wi-fi. The bedroom was neat and updated. Magnificent location and pleasant and very welcoming staff were a definite plus.

Perfectly clean and reasonably large venue with particularly nice views. Very comfy bed in the double room, plus a mini bar, central heating, and an electronic key card. Good service and the food is fab. Excellent internet, parking on site. Marvellous and stunning location, just a walk down to everywhere. Touristic area, 500 metres to Pimlico metro station.

Top-class and reasonably clean place offers great breakfast and perfect location on bus transportation. It's new-fashioned with nice beds and nice views. Private bathroom is impeccably clean.

I ate at a really great restaurant for dinner. The bed was comfy, and there were an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and an air conditioning too. The location was excellent and beautiful, specially it was a short walk to a train station which was useful.

Overall it was top-notch, with a private bathroom.

We booked a classic double room and it was new-fashioned, nice beds. There was a spotlessly clean bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet. The staff was highly efficient when needed.

It is chic venue in a magnificent location right near the airport great grocery store across the street, the services it offers are good. The food is great and the breakfast was perfect. Everyone who works in the hotel is super-friendly and exceptionally pleasant.

Everything was modern, good service, unbeatable location near nearby restaurants, tram line and public transport and Euro15 taxi from Station Centrale. Everyone was super friendly and unfailingly polite. The room was neat and beds were very comfy.

Hotel's location was magnificent, to local restaurants including Da Settimo-top notch seafood restaurant.

I stayed for 1 night here and had a fairly nice time. The staff was exceptional, pleasant all the time. Overall it was spotless and updated with a nice bed & bathroom. The hotel had a simple restaurant for dinner. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Florence.

We had a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and a television with satellite channels in the superior double room.

This hotel was wonderful base for exploring Florence, really loved it. The classic king room was air-conditioned, included a mini-bar, TV set with satellite channels and a private safe.

We were able to visit uffizi gallery that was near to the hotel. Honestly nothing to complain about. The restaurant was located within 900 feet. Novoli - San Donato is a district that deserves exploring.

The people, workers were friendly. We really enjoyed staff and the comfort, the venue organized everything for us. Free Wi Fi worked well...
