Fine stay, we were there for 2 days. The place was clean with an amiable staff. The location walking distance to a cathedral and a church was good.

I have stayed in this hotel before and loved it, so I would stay there again. The breakfast meal was wonderful with cheese and cheese assortment, as example.

Ideal accommodation, the breakfast was satisfactory, brilliant location right next to the Duomo plaza. Quiet and big rooms come with exceptionally comfortable beds.

Air conditioning, a spacious wardrobe, and good heating in the room and the good bed. Clean bathrooms with a bidet.

Its location walking distance to a cathedral and a church was good and fantastic. The hotel was placed 0.5 km away from the airport. Its staff was superfriendly and accommodating.

The venue is clean, with stunning location very close to the local market as well as Piazza della Repubblica. The hotel staff is attentive and extremely friendly.

Extremely friendly staff and lovely location next to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, everything was fine. The rooms were all large with its high ceiling. I greatly enjoyed that this hotel offered wake-up service.

Clean place with especially helpful staff and great view of the cathedral or of Giotto's Bell Tower. Had well-equipped and air conditioned room and a pleasant stay of our holiday. A decent size functional bathroom. Best possible and absolutely fabulous setting in the secure area, near to the palazzo vecchio. Easy walk to The Grave of a Nazi Dog.

Fairly clean venue with enjoyable breakfasts and city views. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Perfect location adjacent to Great Views of Cathedral, the markets, and the very central Florence and especially helpful and responsive staff. Besides, very convenient to Museum of Misericordia.

I stayed in double room, with a simpliest shower, a nice bathroom, as example, felt safe. The cost was £ 55. The location of the hotel was incredible and stunning, close to many restaurants and shops.

The location was amazing for walking around Church of Santa Maria Novella. This hotel was in a safe area so close to the main sights, the historical center of Florence and the shop that does personalized embroidery on aprons hats. The beds were comfy and the double room itself was spacious and air-conditioned.

The hotel is fairly clean, has views of the gorgeous Duomo cathedral. The location is awesome, relatively close to a medieval cathedral. It's based in secure area, really close to all the important landmarks of Florence.

Overall the room was reasonably large with bathtub and nice bathroom plus good sunlight. A hair dryer, a bidet and a walk-in shower were available there.

It has exceptional very central location in the center. And it's by Fiume Arno...

the staff was pleasant and kind - i would stay here again. the breakfast i had was enjoyable with cheese and meat, as for instance. i appreciated having 1 queen-size bed in the room, that was spotless and immaculate too. the location was marvellous and brilliant, for example, an art gallery was within a close distance from the hotel.

Loved the place, it was quirky and straightforward and worked for me. The room was comfy and with good beds.

I liked that there was a bathtub. It was worth its 2 stars.
