Every time in Florence we stay in this hotel. All in all, it's peaceful place that has very professional and especially helpful staff on night shift. It offers more than adequate and above average breakfasts except for the orange juice which was watered down far too much.
Average breakfast, it should be better.

Pleasant clean property, it has lovely and great staff on night shift. The breakfast with the orange juice which was watered down far too much, hams and cookies is above average and very very good for what is offered.

Our accommodation was set in a central location very close to tram line and border of ZTL-zone. It also was very near the airport.

Wonderful, clean place with courteous and polite staff in special the Manager. Breakfast except for the orange juice which was watered down far too much. Magnificent, nice location in Florence Historic Centre district not far from yummy deli/cafe, town center and Uffizi Gallery.

Tidy and huge rooms with high ceiling, MORE THAN ADEQUATE breakfast. Bonus point for openable French windows and coffee-making facilities.
Beds were narrow.

Good location, only 10 mins walk to Santa Maria Novella train station. The room was very clean. All main attractions such as porta al prato were really close to this hotel.
