The accommodation had a central location really close to downtown. Further, it was near the center and the main train station, and the important museums and attractions.

The setting was particularly good and excellent, near to the central market, the train station and the main attractions and train terminal and all important sights. Super-friendly and very very nice staff suggested restaurants.

Planned to see Florence major attractions and it was super base for visiting all of them. The employees were exceptional and affable.

Had a great time. It was excellent place for travelling to Florence, I was glad to stay there. The entire staff were super friendly and affable. The location was magnificent and marvellous with the train station close to the accommodation;))

All the staff was super-friendly, fixed my issues. The location was good and magnificent, at a walking distance from an art museum. It was also next to the leather market in San Marco, and train terminal and all important sights.

Cannot find any fault.

We had perfect and nice room with all necessities. The staff was kind, helped a lot. The location was excellent and marvellous for walking around an art museum. Our hotel was 15 minutes drive away from airport.
