Caring and affable staff gave advice on things to do. The position was marvellous, close to a train station. We also went to city centre, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Had a great time. It was excellent place for travelling to Florence, I was glad to stay there. The entire staff were super friendly and affable. The location was magnificent and marvellous with the train station close to the accommodation;))

All the staff was super-friendly, fixed my issues. The location was good and magnificent, at a walking distance from an art museum. It was also next to the leather market in San Marco, and train terminal and all important sights.

The room was air conditioned and clean and featured an electric kettle, a microwave oven and central heating. The location was PERFECT close to the main sights and the staff here was exceptional.

We had perfect and nice room with all necessities. The staff was kind, helped a lot. The location was excellent and marvellous for walking around an art museum. Our hotel was 15 minutes drive away from airport.
