The staff was really kind and pleasant, everything was very good. We enjoyed rooms with breakfast. The location was marvellous and convenient for walking around a terminus railway station. We needed to stay close to a train station.

It has a great and peaceful location just next door to tram, cafes and supermarkets as well as the Piazza del Duomo

Perfectly pleasant overall experience. Tidy hotel, affable staff & comfortable location near city center. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Location just next door to the Santa Maria Novella train station as well as the centre and the railway station. Again, not far from an indoor market hall.
