Enjoyed our comfy rooms, plus the staff was exceptionally nice. The location of the hotel was incredible - at a medium distance from a cathedral-flanked square. It had a very nice restaurant.

Variety of goodies for breakfast. Pretty area, excellent and incredible location, right by the train stations and the bus stations as well as main tourist attractions. Again, walking distance to an art museum...

I was happy with hotel's good location near duomo. The personnel was exceptionally nice as expected. Location: the property was not far from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and the Galleria dell'Accademia, the train stations and the bus stations and the Galleria dell'Accademia. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring. I truly enjoyed the stay.

Our stay here was really really nice, enjoyable base for exploring Florence. The room of the hotel was tidy and cosy with kitchen, fantastic view, for example.
