The place was fairly clean and pleasant, it had extremely accommodating staff from the housekeepers. We were moved to a double room with balcony.

Loved how pleasant the property was and its exceptionally kind staff from the knowledgeable receptionists. The breakfast was included and consisted of pastries, eggs, meats, bacon, and cheese. This hotel was located in a riverside area next to the city attractions, the beautiful gardens that are being designed out front to breakfast and a happy hr for two hrs at night, and all the art galleries.

The staff is amazingly efficient, the breakfast free, the location is amazing next to the peaceful garden where patrons were invited to enjoy a complimentary wine bar, the main sights of Florence and the river beautiful. The room is a decent size and individually decorated and there are amazing views over the mountains. The service is welcoming, includes free parking.

The bathrooms are tiny.

Approachable staff here who made Lattes on request. It's elegant with tiled bathrooms.

It had unbeatable and wonderful location very close to sights to see and how to get there, the main downtown area away from the crowds and Florenz. Piazzale Michelangelo district was worth exploring.

The hotel had indeed a marvellous and handy location close to the river within walking distance of the centre. The bedroom was modern and en suite. Scrumptious breakfast for everyone's taste, we liked pastries, eggs, meats, bacon, and cheese.

Appreciated my time at the hotel, thanks a lot. The rooms were new-fashioned and airy, included a lounge, a TV set, and an iron with ironing board. The location was great and beautiful, really close to fairy light garden, Rome, Naples, Venice, and now Florence, and the Academy and easily accessible. And it's at a short distance from Terrazze Michelangelo, ate there once or twice.

Everything was nice, I enjoyed my stay. The staff were gentle, the location was amazing. I found Flo Lounge Bar offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

It was fairly clean with incredibly welcoming staff from check-in to check-out. The location for Florence was great, not far from the tourist bus stops as well as Florence. In Bund Restaurant, located nearby I had Japanese meals.

Had 2 days in Florence, spending our time here really good. The staff was approachable and solved our problems immediately. It included pleasant restaurant for dinner. The service was exceptional with a speedy check-in.

Adorable small place, it has great and brilliant location near to the garden area, where a variety of snacks, beer, wine and cool drinks were offered, the Ponte Vecchio, Piazzale Michelangelo, Piazza Santa Maria Novella, and restaurants, lavanderias, the David statue, and a park.

They provided plenty of great choices for breakfast that was included.

Respectful staff, magnificent views to the cathedral, everything is first-class. The hotel offers absolutely perfect and lovely location to a very good local restaurant. The food is great with plenty of options, including pastries, bakery, eggs, bacon, and cheese.

The units are unique, neat with a lovely large balcony outside.

Fantastic service, parking on-site. Not to mention very good wifi! Location close enough to Piazza Santa Maria Novella, the crowdy city Centre, and the famous Ponte Vecchio.

Enjoyed it amongst others I visited before. Spent my time really good here. The restaurant was nice which are well priced and serve great food, I tried excellent dishes. The staffs were excellent friendly and the service was special. The airport was 10 km away.

the room was airy and fabulous with an exceptionally comfortable bed and shower facilities, a hair dryer and a bidet in the bathroom.

It made our trip to Florence a FAIRLY NICE experience. Everything here was perfect, and the weather was lovely, loved it. Everyone from the staff was superfriendly.

The location was incredible, for example, Rooms was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Btw, the airport was 10 km away. Neat units with a large private terrace, a nice balcony plus drinks, and the staff were knowledgeable!

Bright room plus a mini bar fridge, air conditioner and a personal safe. Awesome location, 2 km from city centre. Nearby James Joyce - great place to chill out.
