In overall, the place is gorgeous, has attentive and useful staff with a very aggressive receptionist. The hotel rooms are tastefully decorated with a lovely view.

We ate at a nice restaurant with good service and cuisine. Its location not too far away from Liverpool One Shopping Complex was great and unbeatable.

The room was good sized and had pleasant views over the Tuscan hills. There was a bath, a plus for me. Had great and unbeatable location to grocery or necessities shops, within short walking distance to Giardino dei Semplici Open Air Museum.

The room was beautifully decorated with smoke detectors for safety measures. The breakfast was varied and good with the GF products, yummy cappuccinos plus bacon and the restaurant food was fresh.

It is pleasant place to stay, the food is outstanding, and location is fantastic very close to all the important sites.

All in all - had an amazing 1 night stay. Central location was a plus. Spent our evenings in nearby Bar Caffe il Giglio enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

Loved our christmas in this nicely decorated hotel. We have spent 1 day in queen room with a lovely view, a bathtub, as for instance. The service was all in all great. Furthermore, it was great to have private parking nearby. The location was central, incredible close to all attractions in Florence.
