The location in a shopping area was excellent and incredible and there were a market and various stores nearby. The breakfast meal was varied and plentiful with good coffee and savory options and cheese. The staff was superbly friendly and affable, so I will be returning here soon.

Outstandingly accommodating staff, nice views on the cathedral of sant mary, everything is nice! Its rooms are great-sized, had a very nice stay for more than one night. The restaurant in the hotel is good for breakfast.

Overall clean and modest place, rich and plentiful breakfast with a wide array of options. The rooms with a nice modern bathroom and Doumo view, amazingly nice staff on the reception desk. Quiet atmosphere. Location - amazing and stunning near anywhere of Florence, historical center and numerous shops such as 'BATA'.

The venue was pleasant and exceptionally comfortable, I enjoyed the location near to other principal attractions, museums, restaurants, shopping and laundry and the Duomo and all other tourist destinations in Florence, and street views. The breakfast was plentiful and gorgeous with a wide range of choice. The room was reasonably spacious and cool enough with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet in the bathroom.

It was an absolutely fantastic place. Welcoming staff, couldn't ask for more. The rooms they offer were spotless and pleasantly furnished with big bathroom.

This accommodation had a very central setting to everything you want to see in Florence. Dined at Rustom Restaurant, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

It was exceptionally clean and wonderful place, reasonably spacious and cool enough rooms. The service was excellent, no complaints whatsoever. In addition, the parking was nearby.

Great service, the breakfast is gluten free and gorgeous. The rooms are compact, with lovely views, and the location is stunning to all the main attractions in 10 minutes.

Spotless and pleasantly furnished rooms on a single bed and the location is amazing. The breakfast has great options with sounds of the city absolutely amazing, cheese plus yogurt.

The area was beautiful not far from major museums / sights, restaurants, shops & street entertainment and the Piazza della Signoria.

Everything is excellent here, had a very nice stay on our vacation. Our must haves' are a spotless, pleasantly furnished room with air conditioning, a view of bell tower which was obstructed, for instance.

My room was air-conditioned and relaxing with a communal bathroom. Enjoyed watching street from the window. Very central location of this nice basic hotel was a bonus. Besides, the area was fairly nice, next to a cathedral-flanked square.

The hotel itself was very clean and quiet. We greatly enjoyed the amenities, such as a personal safe, LCD TV and a work desk. Right by the downtown, 5 minutes on foot...

We would recommend as we appreciated it. So glad we choose it, it's interesting place for staying in Florence. A great breakfast was prepared for us.
