We stay there regularly and will be back, everything was lovely. The staff is exceptionally attentive here, the services are very good, and location is unbeatable close enough to the Ponte Vecchio and the Ufizi Gallery and florence with the car. The rooms are very well decorated with comfortable beds and smoke detectors. Had separate bedroom and late check-out, really good experience overall.

The executive room was elegant, included toiletries, soft bathrobes, and shower caps. This hotel was set in a central area so close to major attractions in the city, the BEST restaurants, and the historic ' old bridge ' Ponte Vecchio which is on the edge of old town Florence.

We loved staying in this hotel! Came here for 2 night stay, had a really good experience. It was in a magnificent and good location with magnificent views over the roof top. Distance to the airport was just 10 km. The triple room was recently renovated.

Everything was lovely, top-class staff, unbelievable views of the sunset. The hotel was in the super central setting near to all the main attractions. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Osteria Vecchio Vicolo.

Newly remodelled and well-appointed rooms, overlooking the river. Absolutely perfect and excellent location near all attraction, the outside alley and the Museums in an absolutely stunning area. Again, not far from a l-shaped square.

We had guest room with a balcony, armchairs, a kitchen.

I was here for 7 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant for breakfast. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I also had an electronic key card, a work desk, and multi-channel television. Central location adjacent to 100 yards from Ponte Vecchio-suberb, both the river and the duomo, and Francesco, who offered excellent restaurant advice and directions, it was in a busy area. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring.

Spotless & stocked rooms with classic chairs, a frescoed ceiling, as example. Absolutely perfect location to the station at 6am in the morning and easy access to a market and shops. Again, walking distance to a fortress palace.

The location was magnificent and particularly good for walking around Arno River. The staff was extremely friendly and excellent, some of them especially.

Thoroughly enjoyed the way my guest room was arranged with a stunning painted ceiling, kitchen plus a floor-to-ceiling window. The breakfast was rich, the check in was early.

The location is brilliant, the staff is pleasant. And it's nestled in a gorgeous building so close to the Ponte Vecchio bridge, and Palazzo Vecchio, uffizi, piazza della signoria il perfetto.
