We walked everywhere, the location was marvellous, so close to all the resteraunts. Plus, our hotel was located 5 km from tourist attractions like Colnbrook West.

Thanks to the wonderfully helpful staff everything was pleasant. The hotel's location was perfect and the best, really close to all the shopping, and all the main attractions. Also, we could walk to Manchester Arena as it was only 1 km away.

We had a wonderful trip at this small hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the parking was nearby. The service was absolutely fantastic! All the facilities were nice. The venue was in an amazing location really close to all the resteraunts, the Santa Maria del Fiore and the main shopping streets, museums, the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. Also, Harmondsworth Moor was 4 km away.

The hotel with extremely pleasant rooms, in a busy area, right in the center of everything. Competent and best staff and quick to respond. Large bedroom.

The superior queen room is airy with an excellent shower as well as minibar. The location is in a marvellous and good spot very near all the major sites.

Special clean hotel and staff was outstandingly accommodating and amazingly polite. We had a delicious and enormous breakfast with cappuccino, yoghurt, excellent coffee served included.

The venue was set in the central position really close to at 5 different lodgings, all the tourist places and other landmarks. The staff were all competent and amazingly efficient. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, an electronic key card, coffee/tea making equipment, and multi-channel television.

The staff are very polite, the location is stunning. My must haves' are an exceptionally clean, airy room with an amazing decor.

The location was easy - just next door to the main shopping streets, museums, the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo and Piazza della Repubblica, and restaurants, cafes, shops and accessing other attractions like Ponte Veccio and the Uffizi Gallery. There were a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in my well-equipped and a nice size room.

The hotel was in a marvellous and good location short walk to the main attractions of Florence and all the major sights in the old city for what we wanted it for.

The location was great, for example, an art museum was within walking distance of the hotel.

I truly enjoyed staying in this charming little brand-new hotel. My double room was brand-new with high ceiling. The location was perfect and the best - ease of access to a l-shaped square. There were a shopping street and a market around the venue.

The location was marvellous and stunning for Florence, adjacent to most tourist destinations, all tourist attractions and lots of restaurants and Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio. We stayed for 5 nights here, loved Florence Historic Centre district. We enjoyed rooms with clean bathroom.

The positives include marvellous and good location and parking nearby. The bets part that it's near all the shopping and museum close to restaurants, centre of old part and the center of Firenze.

The room was tidy with the shower as well as good beds for an excellent stay. Had a delicious and enormous breakfast with croissants and juices. The most important was the staff - very gracious and pleasant people.

The employees are incredible and exceptionally kind. Their breakfast option with fruits and very good coffe, as example is delicious and enormous, put others we have been to shame!

Possibly the best and quite comfortable stay on this Italy vacation. Exceptional location near to the very important attractions of Florence, the train station, and the nearby pubs. Also, very near to the center.

Liked my very good stay on this Italy vacation. The room was brand-new with contemporary interior and a very comfy bathroom.

The room was airy and spotless, we had hypoallergenic pillows and feather pillows. The food was freshly made, excellent service. It was right in the heart of Florence with a 15th - century Renaissance mansion nearby. Everyone was very gracious and pleasant.

Huge room & amazing views. Amazing very central location, not far from the main public square and beautiful Firenze. Besides, very convenient to a pedestrianized square.

Well-maintained and excellent value hotel in an ideal position within walking distance of main attractions. Location close enough to the incredible view of Florence, the center of town and the main public square.

Loved staying at the double room with vernice view. The breakfast was enormous, had plenty of options and the food was fab. The location was perfect and the best for walking around a prominent art museum. Shopping streets and a market were right next door.

Quirky place with best staff and spectacular views. Extremely pleasant and well-maintained rooms, extremely comfy bed. A contemporary decor. Stunning location, especially for me. 10 km from Peretola airport.

It had very central location close to an unusually wide street. It was located in a good area near the train station, and the main sights.

Room was fashionable and exceptional and available with a Nespresso machine, high ceiling, as for instance. A hair dryer, a bidet and fresh towels were very handy. It had very central location close to a fortress palace.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were clearly inexperienced.

Located in the center of the city. It deserves its 3 stars...

Location minute walk from city center was perfect. There's good choice of restaurants to choose from, like Gusto Leo, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

Our room was nice. We loved our time at the hotel, thanks.

the location of the hotel was central. this venue's really close to tourist places like piazza della signoria. the stuff was great - we will be returning here soon. the setting was superb here.
