I asked for single room with fridge, the bathroom, as example, had a really good stay. The location in the centre of the city was convenient and best possible.

It's a pleasant trendy boutique hotel nestled in an ancient style building. They serve great breakfasts for all tastes with cakes and excellent coffee and a pleasant view.

Got the same king room booked online with safe, a twin bed and a new bathroom. The breakfast was served in the restaurant and the food was good. It had nice location close to the main monuments, and Train Station, MC Donald and many other Shops.

It was located in a downtown area close to the pick up point for most of the day trip bus tours, tram stops on the T1 and T2 lines, a station, shops and a central market and the city centre and also the railway and bus stations...

Got king room with very high to the ceiling when arrived, loved that. Shower facilities, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries were very handy.

located really close to piazza santa maria novella, the hotel had easy access to strozzi palace. everything met every demand.
