Its location is stunning, a short walk to an art museum. Also, it is close enough to the Duomo + lovely restaurants, the train station and central attractions, and Florence. The staff is amicable and helpful.

The entire staff was affable. Location: the hotel was so close to all the attractions, Florence and bars. Stopped by Nabucco Firenze to get some coffee and treats, it's very close to the venue, recommend.
