Comfortable beds and well-appointed rooms. The very professional and highly professional staff and their quick responses to my needs. Central location, ideal base for discovering Florence. Besides, excellent for visiting a medieval cathedral.

Everything was amazing, with affable staff, met needs. Had spacious and luxurious room with west facing balcony, which I enjoyed. The location was unbeatable, a short walk to old town. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring.

The hotel was in an unbeatable and awesome location so close to train station, the main sights of Florence and the center of republic square for what we wanted it for.

New-fashioned units with the jacuzzi bath and lovely big bed plus incredible views, and the staff were affable. The venue was in a central location right by all the major museums as well as a famed cafe.

The location of this hotel close enough to the main sights and a famed cafe was good and gorgeous. Plus, we were 10 mins by foot from a medieval cathedral.

actually everything was very good, my next choice again in florence. the location of the hotel was good, in the centre of florence. luckily it was close to caffe' la terrazza, had pastries there when it was hot outside. helpful and attentive staff that liked their guests.

I did not want to leave, so would definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was very good and truly enjoyed my stay there. The room was beautiful: exceptionally comfortable bed, best bathroom. The staff were smart and accommodating all the time. The location was great and unbeatable, at a moderate distance from a l-shaped square. A gourmet restaurant was an advantage.

This place was amazing in general with an attentive staff team. Reasonably large and modern units on the top floors. Amazing location just a pleasant stroll away from Archaeological Museum Museo Archeologico. A nice restaurant in the hotel.
