The staff was very friendly throughout the day. I booked a standard double room, it was air-conditioned and had central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. I truly enjoyed both wake-up service and great bed.

Greatly enjoyed the stay, it was fairly nice on a long European vacation. The guest room was bright, included climate control, a personal safe, and an electronic key card.

Having an electronic key card, a work desk, and TV in my big room was really great. Its location just a short walk away from Mathew Street was great.

Central location very close to all attractions. Based just next door to the city center, all the relevant spots in the City Center, and wonderful trattorias.

We lovely spend 4 nights in Florence. Our room was bright and perfect, available with high ceiling as well as refrigerator.

Its location was great, very close to near of the city center and wonderful trattorias, pizzerias and all the main historical views. The food was fabulous and there were a good choice of dishes in the menu.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Italian-style building and our reasonably large room. There were central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk, which was great. The location was central, adjacent to all the relevant spots in the City Center, the centre of Florence, and the interior garden. Also, a medieval cathedral was 2 km away.

All the staff were fairly friendly, very nice. The hotel was centrally located, within 15 mins ride from Peretola airport.

The staff team was hospitable, the rooms were well-appointed and equipped with big comfotable beds, high ceiling plus large bath.

The venue is amazing and convenient with kind staff. It has a great selection of meals to offer, the food is fabulous. Thank you for a great stay.

It was a such great stay on a long European vacation. The good and informative staff provided all the necessary info. We got a room with a bidet. Brilliant central location just next door to all the main attractions in Florence, train station and Duomo, and a nice leafy square.

Fairly clean and the staff was great and kind. My room was both bright and quiet with overall clean, large bath, as example. I went to a good restaurant and appreciated the local dishes.

The property is clean and charming. It has marvellous and awesome location, a bus stop was nearby the place.

My room was big with a marble bathroom. A hairdryer, a bidet and shower caps were available there👍

Everything was great, the wifi was free. All of the staff members were kind and lovely. Our accommodation was set in a central location very close to major attractions, all the major sites and a quite area.
