Quiet, impressive unit with clean bath, and amazingly nice staff. A safe box, central heating, and TV available.

The hotel was functional, excellent services provided, magnificent location close to center of Florence. We had the guest room and it was accommodating with clean bath. A private safe, central heating, and a TV were available here too.

Enjoyed the location close to the Centre. Quadruple room was impressive and relaxing with air conditioning. All the staff were amicable, efficient.

Clean fantastic little hotel in every way. Perfect position minutes from the train station. A wide range of food options at a short distance from the venue. Fantastic restaurant.

The location of the property was great and lovely, near the historical center. Overall it was accommodating, with a private bathroom.

The view from the hotel was particularly nice and the breakfast was exceptionally nice with jam and hard boiled eggs and ham. The triple room I had was impressive. Had marvellous location close to center of Florence, just a walking distance from an indoor market hall. Further, it was not far from the '' Santa Maria Novella '' main train station as well as Duomo and old town.

Accommodating room, exceptionally comfortable beds and wonderful bathroom. Excellent service, parking nearby.

Had very central location right next to city center. The staff was exceptional, accommodating all the time.

Clean, affordable hotel, I greatly enjoyed exceptionally nice rooms and kind stuff. There were coffee and tea for breakfast. The location was great with a tram station very close to the accommodation. A supermarket and an old market were right next door.

My quadruple room with clean bath, milk plus clean towels was relaxing. Great and unbeatable location to the attractions by walk which saves a lot of time was a plus. Had brunch in the Enoteca Sei Divino Fortezza, located nearby.

The room was extremely spacious with an exceptionally comfortable bed and free Wi-Fi. The breakfast was incredibly nice, well presented and with a huge variety of options. The service was absolutely good.

Came in Florence to relax and have fun, this great family run hotel was excellent base for doing it. Twin room with clean bath was the best. The staff were super-friendly and amiable and know their duties. Strongly recommend this place and would have stayed for longer.

Make sure you stay in the twin room with bathtub and tea. And it's comfy.

The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect - ease of access to an indoor market hall. Btw, the airport was 10 km away. The employees were amicable and efficient. The room was big and accommodating with tea, clean towels and bathtub, could leave my car nearby.

Location: the hotel was very close to the train station, the leather market and sights of Florence, main sights and the train station and the center. The triple room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was impressive with clean bath. The public parking was nearby, GOOD service.

5 minutes on foot from the santa maria novella train station. nice touristic places like piazza del duomo were so close to the hotel. perfect for city break.

Location - a short walk to piazza del duomo. Piazzale Michelangelo district deserves your attention.
