I appreciated staying in this cute little hotel based in an European building. Excellent staff, provided information if needed. The location was great and decent for walking around a distinguished monument. It was a relatively quiet area, an amazing base for me. The stay was absolutely REALLY AMAZING.

There were great-sized and air conditioned rooms on level 2. The staff was best and excellent co-operating, everything was perfect. The food was fabulous and the location was magnificent. There was a good restaurant, a central market and shops next door.

It was fairly clean with terrific customer service. The great and amazing location was just next door to Piazza di Santa Maria Novella. The staff was informative & wonderful.

Will be back for a trip. My must haves' are a large, silent room with comfy bed, a single bed and TV. This place is in a good location right in the center...

The location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Via Faenza. Near the train station, a market and shops were not far as well.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

It was fairly clean and the staff were good and lovely, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The airport was 10 km away. It made our trip to Florence a fantastic experience.

Well, there was no elevator.

The hotel of choice in Florence. Overall clean property with super-friendly staff. Marvellous, incredible location right by Florence by train. For tea or coffee visit Caffe degli Artigiani nearby. The breakfast at front desk;)))

Beds were way too hard.

That was cute little and reasonably priced hotel set in relatively quiet area, near all tourist places that need to be seen, and all significant tourist sites.

marvellous location a 4-6 minute walk from piazza di santa maria novella. also, in the city center. immaculately clean and huge rooms with a shared toilet, great services. affordable food for all meals.
