Breakfast was satisfactory, incredible views, magnificent location short walk to the train station Santa Maria novela, the airport and all transport.

The atmosphere created was elegant. The breakfast was enjoyable and had variety of options.

Whole place was clean with fantastic views; perfect and magnificent location very close to the city centre. Attentive and helpful staff, free concierge service and wake up service.

The guest room I had was attractive. Shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet were very handy.

The breakfast is very very good and incredible and offers cereals, pastries, fruit, eggs, and cheese. The superior room is modern with bathroom as well as contemporary design. The location is great and unbeatable, and here's the cherry on top - close to the train station.

The stay was perfect. Single room was well-appointed and brilliant with an extra bed.

My double room was newly decorated & exceptionally clean. The bathroom was fairly clean and included a bidet, which I greatly enjoyed. The staff were very welcoming and the setting was marvellous. Moreover, the area was pretty comfortable.

Trendy boutique hotel in a comfortable area next to all major attractions, the the rail station and many good restaurant, and central areas. Extremely spacious room with a bathtub and wonderful breakfast. Really had delightful stay for one night.

This was a wonderful stay for one night. The staff team was hospitable, the rooms were a decent size and newly remodelled and equipped with a bathtub, storage space plus comfy bed. The location was good, 10 km to Peretola airport, perfectly reachable.

The place was bright and good standard, we loved it. The breakfast was enjoyable and warm, had a wide range of options. The staff were wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable, no complaints. The hotel was in the central setting very close to the metro.

The place was reasonably priced and bright, it worked for me. Most of the staff were attentive. The breakfast was hot and had a lot of meals. The location for Florence was absolutely perfect, just next door to train station and city center, the historical center and most tourist areas. I loved sleeping 4 nights in this hotel.

The location was ideal, a short walk from Porta al Prato. I had a superior room and it was recently refurbished with bathtub and contemporary design plus an extra bed.

The stay here was delightful for one night. I booked spacious room with a bath. Everything was excellent as expected, yet the bathroom was terrible. The breakfast selections were very good and incredible, I appreciated cereal, pastries, fruit, eggs, and cheese.

It's brand-new with great beds and incredible views. The breakfast is nice hot, and the location is fantastic adjacent to the train station Santa Maria novela, all attractions in florence and many good restaurant.

The location was marvellous and perfect and the staff members were outstandingly friendly. Thanks to the central station found close to the hotel, I could visit sightseeings.

The unit we got was immaculately clean and huge with bathroom, plugs everywhere for charging devices plus the tub. The location was marvellous for traveling around Florence, short walk to the main train station and all attractions in florence.

Breakfast was poor, can be much better.

Strongly recommend it and would definitely return.

The room was good sized, with a private safe, climate control and a minibar. Its ideal, central location was a plus.

My stay was perfect 10/10 for one night. Had good sleep at the guest room with excellent facilities. The setting was perfect and magnificent, really close to Duomo and other tourist spot, the higher priced/touristy restaurants, and SMN train / bus station.

Greatly enjoyed superior room I booked, it was new-fashioned. The location was great and perfect with a train station close to the accommodation.

I liked it. It was a fine stay for one night. Everything was nice, nevertheless a few employees were not very helpful. The hotel was in a magnificent location, in a quiet area...

We stayed in the superior king room, it was adequate and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Could use a mini bar fridge, air conditioner and a personal safe. The location was prime, a 10-15 minute walk from an open - air market;)))

Boutique hotel set in the quiet area. Amicable, accommodating people working here. Huge units with extra bed and the tub plus a bath. Central location, ideal place for discovering Florence. Certainly an excellent experience for one night in Florence.
