A good way to end my trip. Truly exceptional and well priced place to stay 1 km away from Church of Santa Maria Novella. Amicable stuff; easy check in. Excellant service, parking nearby. A fridge in the foyer, convenient.

The room was big size and airy, not to mention views over city from the window.

The food was amazing and the bar was cosy.

We had a wonderful stay and recommend it to all. The location was good and excellent and the staff members were affable. There was a reasonably priced restaurant, a shopping area and a central market next door. Offered tasty and savoury breakfast.

Spent here 4 peaceful days and will certainly stay here again. The hotel was fabulous and clean inside, I liked it. My king room was equipped with a great size balcony, a minibar, and a safe. The entire staff were excellent and absolutely friendly.

Location: the hotel was really close to close to the train station and attractions, and all historic sites. It also was in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The whole room was big and airy and had a chair and a phone.

Had twin room with private bathroom as well as free WiFi. Good location, relatively quiet area, not far from the Mercato, the major sites and fiesole which was a spectacular vista area.

The room was newly decorated and reasonably spacious with bidet, the check-in was easy. The staff were nice during our stay.

The staff are best and efficient, managed the parking nearby. The units are modern, brand-new with AC, the washing machine, big bathroom.

The food was amazing, drinks were cool. Newly renovated units with the bathroom, a balcony, as example, and the staff were amicable!

Cute little hotel that has absolutely perfect location within walking distance of everything. Very helpful staff throughout. A good choice of goodies for breakfast. What an enjoyable stay, no complains at all.

location adjacent to all the attractions and markets as well as all lovely landmarks in florence.

good position along with helpful staff are the reasons we appreciated it. it was not far from fortezza da basso - gardens. room had a sunny balcony. excellent value for money, we would stay there again.

Worth its 2 stars. Their chef is the best...
