Hotel Esperanza

I enjoyed the hotel, it's original and pleasant and the location is incredible to the train station as well as all the places we wanted to visit in Florance.

Amazing breakfast with salami and muesli, for example, it had so much choice. The location was great and amazing - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

Perfectly clean and original hotel, marvellous location right in the heart of the city. What an outstandingly accommodating staff! Excellent meals for breakfast.

The location of the hotel was very central, near many attractions, all the major sites and Uffizi Gallery. The staff was excellent, very very helpful. The food was excellent - a lot of options.

Well-equipped and modern room with the bathroom, a balcony and a comfortable bed.

Overall it was neat and practical with a big bed.

The suite is practical and has an electric kettle, climate control, and a work desk. The breakfast with muesli and salami, as for instance is very tasty and amazing for what is offered.

I liked the hotel, it was pleasant and immaculately clean with unbeatable and absolutely incredible location also near to the Railway Station. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive - I would love to come back.

The hotel was in the very central setting to all main area in Florence.

Our room was new-fashioned and practical provided with a comfortable bed, lovely simple, for instance. The breakfasts here were very tasty and marvellous with salami and muesli, for example. The location was amazing, for example, an indoor market hall was not very far from the hotel.

The room was large and included central heating, coffee/tea making equipment, and a work desk. It was equipped with a bidet.

We got a room with a walk-in shower. The breakfast was marvellous, such variety, with salami and muesli, for instance.

It had attentive and knowledgeable staff. The location was perfect and nice for walking around a spandrel segmental arch bridge. The airport was 10 km away.

The staff was really helpful can provide additional tips. Location: the hotel was short walk to city center, the centre of town and all the major attractions. Btw, a medieval stone bridge was a stone's throw away.

My bed was not comfortable, unfortunately.

Liked Florence, the hotel was original in the historic centre. Our suite was modern with the bathroom and the shower plus balcony.

Everything was great, including excellent staff and magnificent location to everything you want to see in Florence. The bed was extremely comfy, the room was modern and practical where the shower actually went over the toilet.
