Tidy and luxury place, more than adequate breakfast with a lot of options. Very attentive and exceptionally polite stuff of the property at the reception desk.

Exceptional service, reasonably priced and nicely decorated place. Nicely updated units with a terrace as well as a balcony, helpful employees. Magnificent, amazing location in the very pleasant area.

Exceptional room and outstanding, with a mini bar fridge, climate control, and a personal safe. Hypoallergenic pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed. Marvellous and pleasant location very close to many different restaurants, traditional style building.

Beautiful little and modern place, it has efficient staff at reception desk. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet.

The rooms are very pretty and nice and have good views. The location is exceptional, adjacent to the Dome, the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, the core of the historic centre and Florence after visiting several times, you cannot beat it.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, but everything was very good. We truly enjoyed their more than adequate and savoury breakfast with English tea and eggs and juices. The location was decent nearby to all major attractions. Visited Sherlock Holmes Museum, located just a short stroll away from the venue. Nothing too much trouble, the hotel met standards.

It was in a perfect and magnificent location just off the train station, and car rental agency, which is very convenient, and Florence, Santa Maria Novella.

Our room had an extra large bed and a magnificent view. The bathroom was luxury, included a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet. Location: the hotel was so close to all main sights, and the famous attractions as well as the tram to the airport. Moreover, it was 2 km from Madame Tussauds London.

Elegant-style building, nicely updated rooms with a very nice view, bathtub, for instance. Amazing location of the hotel to main tourist locations. Besides, excellent for visiting a distinguished monument.

The hotel was set in a central area not far from all the local attractions and easy walking distance, and the Duomo, Santa Maria Novela station and bus stops. Our room was air conditioned and beautifully maintained, offered with a double bed, beautiful balcony, cream for breakfasts.

We didn't feel like leaving, would definitely recommend. Came here for 1 night with our family members, had a very nice stay. Staff were attentive and caring.

Really enjoyed the location, it was good and unbeatable, close to the train station. Besides, it was right by all the attractions in Florence and very nice gardens.

The staff was not very welcoming.

Plus, the location is unbeatable, minutes from a Renaissance bridge.

I booked classic triple room, it was wonderful and complete with the bathroom, a terrace, paintings. The very central location and lovely and wonderful staff were the highlight of this memorable stay. The area was nice enough just off historical center, and Firenze.

The service we got was excellent. Our room was not only functional, but also airy with a terrace, a large comfortable bed, for example. Top-class and helpful staff who were always there to help. The location was magnificent, near the Arno river.

The location was amazing, you can visit Borgo Ognissanti by walking. The provided breakfast was more than adequate and savoury with omelet, English tea, juices.

I really enjoyed configuration of the classic triple room. It had the best bathroom and a mini bar fridge, climate control, and a personal safe. The hotel had exceptional location just next door to a nice shopping area, easy walking distance and 10 minutes from Ponte Vecchio.

The location was MAGNIFICENT, within walking distance of Gucci Garden. Our room was perfect and incredible and offered a personal safe, an air conditioning and a mini bar.

Hotel room had Italian decor. Located in front of many tourist locations and uffizi gallery, which is 10 minutes on foot. San Lorenzo neighborhood is worth seeing. We can recommend, maybe to friends.
