I loved the hotel, it's lovely welcoming and beautiful and the location is magnificent close to everything in the city centre. The room was large and stylish, there was a good size bathroom.

Our room was well-equipped, also it had central heating, iron and ironing board, and coffee/tea making machines. Pleased it had a bidet.

The provided breakfast was great with dairy free options and italian coffee and the cheapest cornflakes.

I got well-equipped and nicely decorated room with 12 bunk beds crammed in. The personnel were best and hospitable. Good service was provided here.

The provided service was terrific. The rooms were new-fashioned and stylish, were equipped with metal beds. The food was delicious - a wide array of options.

Iron and ironing board, coffee and tea making facilities, and a work desk available in the twin/double room. Reasonably large private bathroom. The location marvellous and fantastic in the centre of Florence.

Small hotel set in the really cute area. Exceptionally nice breakfast with the cheapest cornflakes and cookies, as for instance, and with a quiet atmosphere.

Staff were affable, atmosphere was quiet, it had wonderful location very close to the Ponte Vecchio, the main tourist attractions for which the staff helped to get all the tickets required, and the bridges of the lovely view and walk ways.

The venue was absolutely great, I truly enjoyed the stay and the location was awesome adjacent to the ponte vecchio, duomo, academia and the uffizi gallery, the historic centre and the center of city. A wide array of food for breakfast, it was delicious. The perfect service and the attention to detail!

The location was excellent and incredible near the bridge and easy for visiting historical buildings and a cathedral walking distance to the hotel. Florence Historic Centre district was worth staying in. The room was romantic and brand-new with 20 beds.

Everything was perfect, affable staff, good location close to both historic Florence and eating as well as the Bialetti Moka express. Units with about 14 bunk beds in-nothing else. What a very good stay, nothing to complain about.

Thank you for a real good stay. This great hotel is located walking distance to a museum and historical buildings. Tastefully decorated and romantic rooms complete with much decoration and an extra bed plus tastefully decorated interiors. The restaurant is pleasant, with very amiable staff.

I got complimentary twin room as an upgrade, nice gesture. A bidet in the bathroom was a plus. The setting was quite perfect and magnificent within easy reach of a spandrel arch bridge.

It was an absolutely great hotel in a lovely area, next to the river, lovely shops, and the centre of town. The location of the property was unbeatable and brilliant - at a moderate distance from a Renaissance palace. The service was perfect with parking nearby. Everything was simply brand-new.
