Quirky hotel with appetising food and ideal location just off the main attractions, the train station and Appennino shuttle, and awesome restaurants where the locals went.

It is a quaint property located in Florence Historic Centre district next to all locations, the main touristic places, and public transport. The breakfast is delicious and lovely with good coffee and delicious home made cake, as for instance, had everything you could imagine.

The rooms are lovely and warm with very quality, Windows to the back garden plus balcony.

Overall it was large with windows to the back garden. Good access everywhere as the train station was walking distance to the hotel.

The breakfast was delicious and gorgeous and provided with good coffee, delicious home made cake and good options. The staff was welcoming, outstandingly accommodating, and responded promptly to requests.

Magnificent location on areas of Florence to see with views of the park across the road. Good sized and well-designed rooms with a comfortable double bed, balcony plus the back garden, lovely breakfasts.

I had an exceptionally comfortable bed and modern bathroom, bright room. The breakfast was great and with delicious home made cake, the staff was lovely. The hotel was in the central setting very close to all Florence sightseeing.

Generous sized room in addition to our bedroom and with a lot of space. Perfect setting in the industrial area, close enough to Florence for a conference and awesome restaurants where the locals went.
