Hotel Ferretti

The hotel is fairly clean, nestled in the neat building with hospitable and excellent staff. The single room is cheap and has central heating, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk. Common bathroom is spotless.

The rooms were cheap with a strong heater, the staff were attentive.

We had a lovely bedroom. It was spacious and had central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk.

Some people working there were a little rude.

Liked Florence, the hotel was pretty standard very close to everything you need in the City. The staff was excellent, hospitable. I had the guest room which was bright and huge. The bed was comfortable, after a long drive. The location was excellent and stunning - just off the centre of Firenze, and train station, and centre.

Overall it was huge and big, with a shared bathroom. This was my lovely stay for spending 1 night and leaving.

Fine and clean accommodation with great and stunning location just next door to Santa Maria Novella Train Station and main sites of interest and plenty of good bars and restaurants. Pretty friendly and efficient staff, convenient check in.

My exceptionally clean room came with a double bed as well as the bedroom.

Location: the hotel was just off attractions and train station, and landmarks, shops and restaurants. Florence Historic Centre district was worth visiting.

It had central location close to Museo Novecento. A safe, central heating, coffee and tea making equipment were available in our guest room.

this was my 2nd stay, they offered queen room with a strong heater. there were an electric kettle and a fridge. florence historic centre district was worth staying in.

Lovely central hotel in a shopping area next to the city center, all touristic activities and Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore. The convenient check-in.

Had a really good stay for spending 1 night and leaving, everything was fine. We were met by efficient, amicable personnel. The location was unbeatable, at a walking distance from an art gallery.

Our single room had a safe box, central heating and coffee/tea making equipment. The bed seemed comfy and it was fairly clean all around. Very central location of this good central hotel was a bonus.

On-site restaurant Ristorante Alla Griglia was a bonus, had dinner there.

Our bed was small.

Nice place for a 3-night stay. We got double room and liked it.
