Nicely decorated and fairly clean place, stunningly beautiful view of Cathedral. Central setting of the hotel, competent staff on the reception desk. Found in a very lively area. Well priced rooms with really good facilities.

It was close enough to a great pedestrian area, most important sightseeing, and the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio, magnificent location overall. Our room was well-appointed and kept their charm. Exceptional service, good value, just what was needed.

No reason to complain, the venue met expectations. Thoroughly enjoyed my very good stay on my vacation. Ideal and just superb location to Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore made it easy to get to key attractions. What's more, it was close to the main shopping street between Piazza della Signoria and magnificent Florence.

The location was marvellous, close to all of the major attractions! There were luggage storage, so much space, and coffee in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The staff, everyone, was extremely friendly.

Fairly clean hotel, facilities are good, and the location is marvellous and fantastic right smack in the centre of Florence central. The breakfasts is free with lots of food. I would stay here again.

When I am in Florence, I like staying here. It has good and amazing location in Florence as it's so close to the famous via Calzaiuoli between the church Santa Maria del Fiore and Piazza della Signoria where one can stroll by the loggia of famous statues, next to the Uffizi gallery, all main attraction, and great tourist locations. Overall the room is comfortably furnished, romantic and includes double glazed windows, luggage storage and plenty space.

It has marvellous location for visiting a l-shaped square. Efficient staff, the rooms are recently refurbished and romantic. Offers good service and great food.

I had an air conditioned superior king room with a superb view of Florence skyline and the Duomo.
