Unbeatable and excellent location not too far from an Emigration gallery. Lovely little and picturesque place, minutes from a bus station. Excellent options for breakfast with a fabulous coffee.

The bed was comfortable and the room was luxurious with comfortable decor.

The position of the hotel was great and incredible, close to the city center.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was weak.

The setting is particularly good and magnificent, right by a quiet area, the Uffizi and Pointe Vecchio and buses to the train station. Sensational breakfast with a fabulous coffee, the staff is kind and perfect.

The hotel had an unbeatable and excellent location, minutes from a bus station. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Fortezza da Basso - Gardens.

The staff is helpful and caring, as well as host. It offers unbeatable, excellent location.

As for me location is convenient and decent, so close to tourist attractions, market and train station as well as the Uffizi and Pointe Vecchio. The staff are caring and attentive and ready to help if you need anything.

Can’t fault anything about it.

It was in a convenient and decent location close to everything. And we were near the old town and the new town, the Cathedral and the Duomo and all major sites.

The rooms where impeccable & perfect with a very large bed bigger than a super king size uk bed. The location was marvellous and fantastic because it was right by the Cathedral as well as Firenze.

Liked every detail about my fairly nice 4 nights stay here. The location was marvellous and fantastic, not too far from a medieval cathedral. Besides, it was so close to the Uffizi and Pointe Vecchio, main areas of Florence and the Michelangelo museums. The rooms were impeccable with a balcony, the staff were very nice and amazingly kind.

A bit noisy room, I was a little disappointed.

That was great hotel set in great area, very close to the Accademia, buses to the train station, and Florence's main attractions.

The whole experience was perfectly pleasant, no complaint, would recommend. Our room was beautifully decorated with a very large bed bigger than a super king size UK bed, beautiful old paintings plus a nice balcony. The personnel was helpful, and the owner too. The location was quiet there, close to the center. The restaurant was not too far away from the hotel.

We had the double room and it was fantastic with fresco ceiling. Most of the staffs were kind and absolutely perfect.

The units were nicely decorated with original 1860 frescoed ceiling.

the hotel was picturesque with a great selection of a nice size and air-conditioned rooms. extremely friendly and excellent staff, free wake up service and ironing. unbeatable and excellent location to a l-shaped square. set minutes from a bus station in the safe area. very special experience there.
