The hotel of choice in Florence. Luxurious room, clean and DELIGHTFUL place, courteous staff. Units with extra bed. The restaurant was nice, for dinner. Private parking nearby provided.

It was a chic building, the rooms were clean with very comfy bed.

An intimate property, clean, great location close to all main attractions. Large rooms with full facilities, very comfy bed, as example and delicious breakfast. Nice design. Simply no complaints, perfect 10/10 stay.

Unique place with very good Wi-Fi and outdoor restaurant. Large room with modern decor.

Had such great stay for three nights, the staff were consistently courteous, location was fab close to the center of town. The rooms were big size with very comfy bed and the breakfast was marvellous. Enjoyed the outdoor restaurant onsite.

Disappointing aspect was way too small bathroom.

The restaurant here was very nice for dinner, we both ordered excellent dishes. The best thing was how efficient and excellent co-operating the staff were. The location was marvellous, not very far from a cathedral-flanked square.

It was a chic building, the room was clean and absolutely stunning with extra bed. A bidet, soft bathrobes, and shower caps were a plus.

The staff is pleasant, an absolute asset to this the place. The breakfast is incredible, available with scrambled eggs, extremely high quality food and sausage.

Location: the hotel was so close to the sights, restaurants and shopping, located in a back alley, and the main attractions. I had a stylish room to stay, it was complete with comfortable beds, very comfy bed, for instance.

The staff was charming and made me feel at home.

The staff were all pleasant and amazingly nice. I was there for 3 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant for dinner.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a memorable stay for three nights. Because of a problem with suite we where upgraded and had a luxurious room. The outdoor restaurant offered excellant dishes, and the breakfast was very very good.

It was in a central setting in the heart of the city centre.

The personnel is smart and excellent co-operating. Stylish rooms come with a great bathroom, a very comfortable King bed, as example.

Relaxing accommodation, the breakfast was superb, incredible location right in the centre of things. The staff were five star and knowledgeable, offered excellent services.

Thanks for the relaxing stay for three nights. The rooms here are stylish and functional with extra bed. The location is perfect and amazing, not too far from a l-shaped square. What's more, it's in a good looking area not far from other attractions, the restaurants, museums and other hints and Also near to shops.

The venue was comfortable and cool, I greatly enjoyed the stay and the location was amazing just next door to Florence for a night or two, Close to other restaurants, and the major sites. I had updated and silent room complete with a huge bathroom, all the comforts, for example.

The food was well presented and the breakfast was very good. My room was incredibly spacious with a view over street. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the city center and the train station and Florence.

The staff is exceptional here, the services are excellent, and location is awesome adjacent to almost all of the major sites and the train station and Duomo.

The hotel was cool and in a very central location. Besides, the area was nice, next to Via de' Cerretani. Silent room, trendy complete with all the comforts and an REALLY comfortable bed plus bedrooms, loved it.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and superb with bacon and sausage, as example, you will not be disappointed.

Tasty and excellent breakfast with extremely high quality food, complementary drinks. Location adjacent to the train station and Duomo, Florence as a tourist or for business and all the attractions. Again, walking distance to an indoor market hall.

The location was stunning, not too far from a Renaissance palace. Further, it was just next door to center, Florence, and Duomo...

i had great days staying at this small hotel. the location was marvellous and brilliant, not too far from full up. it was a great area, an excellent home base for me. the rooms were elegant with a convenient design, plus the bathroom was fine.

Marvellous breakfast with extremely high quality food, and kind and impeccable staff. Marvellous location short walk to the centre, an alley and Florence, efficient check-in. Friendliness from the whole staff.

This hotel was fabulous base for exploring Florence, thoroughly enjoyed it. 5 mins walk to the center. It deserves its 5 stars.
