The breakfast had variety of fabulous food and drinks. Staff was super friendly. The property's location was magnificent, in a very quiet area right across from the botanical garden. Further, it was really close to many restaurants and cafe, the city centre and the center of Florence and all the restaurants and museums.

The room was exceptionally clean and elegant and the stuff was exceptionally nice! Recently added an electronic key card, cable channels, and a study table where much appreciated during my trip.

Excellent location very close to all major attractions, easy to get around. Based really close to the center of Florence and all the restaurants and museums as well as the airport. Perfectly clean and elegant units with a very comfortable bed and coffee plus view on the botanic garden, INCREDIBLY KIND employees.

I stayed here for a trip and would definitely come back. Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was marvellous and fab so close to downtown, centre and Piazza San Marco. The breakfast had a good choice of options, coffee and tea.

Incredibly beautiful hotel in a great and amazing location close to everything a tourist wants. Marvellous and perfect breakfast selection with pastries and fresh fruit, as example. Their service was really great. Everything perfect😃
