Excellent central location just next door to Piazza di Duomo, most tourist places and the train station and the bus station.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel and will come back. Loved the double room I was given, it had a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and flat-screen TV. The location was excellent and nice and the private parking was on-site.

Quiet ambiance, good and amazing location. Located in 15 minutes' walk from Pimlico tube station. Good-sized unit with a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge. Hypoallergenic pillows, very comfy bed.

The location was great for walking around an art museum. It was located in a fairly quiet area really close to Piazza di Duomo, centre, and most tourist places.

The room was newly remodelled with good bathroom facilities, we were happy about that.

Had 5 days in Florence, spending my time here lovely. The staff was very helpful and affable and around most of the time. I had updated, modern room complete with good bathroom facilities, prosecco, for example. The food was delicious and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu...

had facilities needed in my double room, including a sofa bed, central heating and coffee/tea makers. the breakfast had a wide array of appetising food and drinks.

The location was convenient and ideal, next to Piazza di Duomo, railway stations and bus stations and the train station and the bus station, in a secure area.
