I had a wonderful time at this hotel and will come back. Loved the double room I was given, it had a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and flat-screen TV. The location was excellent and nice and the private parking was on-site.

Quiet ambiance, good and amazing location. Located in 15 minutes' walk from Pimlico tube station. Good-sized unit with a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge. Hypoallergenic pillows, very comfy bed.

Had 5 days in Florence, spending my time here lovely. The staff was very helpful and affable and around most of the time. I had updated, modern room complete with good bathroom facilities, prosecco, for example. The food was delicious and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu...
