Great sized room, clean bathroom. A lot of facilities like: central heating, a work desk, and a TV. Very central location, just a pleasant stroll away from a picturesque medieval arched river bridge. Very helpful staff with good manners.
Horrible staff!

Spotless property with affable staff at the reception desk. Incredible, good location in Florence, near cheap supermarkets and good bakeries or cafes. Also, near the center of the city. Budget rooms and hypoallergenic pillows.

Location: the hotel was not far from the Brancacci Chapel and the Pitti Palace, the river, and good restaurants. The rooms were modest with twin beds, the staff were pleasant and efficient.
