Having a small kitchen, a balcony, and a coffee machine in our decent size and nice styled room. Marvellous continental breakfast with perfect coffee and pastries, as example, extremely friendly personnel.

We loved this brand-new hotel. Our room was contemporary and new-fashioned with plenty space, a coffeemaker, and an iron. Got marvellous and lovely breakfasts with perfect coffee and ham, as for instance. Marvellous location, the staff were fairly friendly.

We truly enjoyed it and would stay here again. The location was great and beautiful, the public spaces were fairly clean and the staff was flexible! The breakfast was amazing and offered lots of items.

The location was incredible and stunning - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. And it's not too far from Osteriaborgo la Croce, ate there once or twice. The restaurant was really nice with good food, we ordered refined dishes.

It is a nice and tasteful property located in Lungarno del Tempio district very close to the Cathedral, and the proper historic centre of Florence.

The location was good, not far from supermarket also down the street, the Duomo and the main areas, and the centre of the city. Besides, the hotel was 2 km away from Piazzale Michelangelo. The breakfast was complimentary and amazing and included.

It was in a very central location, as close enough to the centre to walk in. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Lungarno del Tempio district.

This hip new hotel is luxury with extremely friendly and cooperative staff. The breakfast has marvellous and lovely options with toast and red good wine, for example. The location is good in the centre of everything. The place where you can eat at a medium distance from the venue is Duje.

Views are not so great.

Stylish and fantastic venue, fab location just off town centre, stores and a supermarket, and a good local supermarket and shops, especially the pasticceria Serafini for a cappuccino and pastry. This hotel was chilled-out base for exploring Florence, loved it. The bed was big, I enjoyed it.

It's quiet and fabulous place to stay 1 km away from a town square.

Overall it was a very very good stay of my next visit already. The location was marvellous and brilliant, not too far away from Piazza Sant'ambrogio.

Its breakfast definitely should have been included in the rate.

Planned to see Florence major attractions and it was handy base for visiting all of them. You could walk to supermarkets and shops.

2 km to ponte vecchio. Room had its own rooftop terrace. Easy check-in. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Ramen Jinsei that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

Friendly personnel and GREAT location. Not far from a bus stop to get everywhere quickly.
