Unbeatable and stunning location to the important museums in the city and simply amazing area. A wide range of food options not too far from the venue. The beautifully decorated room & luxury bathroom. Amazing beds & well-trained employees from check-in to check-out.

This was a very nice stay for the holidays. A huge variety of fine food, I enjoyed it. The room was well-appointed, especially a great view over the garden from the window. The location was beautiful, at a walking distance from Sant'apollonia.

The rooms were large and the beds were very comfy, I liked it. The location was incredible, sure to enjoy the statuary garden, the view was magnificent, too. And it was also short walk to the Michelin rated restaurant, historic tourist attractions like the Ponte Vecchio and the center.

Big size rooms complete with a marvelous view of the extensive grounds and a bathroom. I have to mention the large breakfast with old plates.

The staff were brilliantly helpful, the breakfast was large and everything was modern.

Tastefully decorated rooms with an amazing bath and both king, great pool.

The location was amazing, in a very good location away from the hustle of the Centro, it's a plus. The room was well-appointed and had great views of the elaborate gardens. The staff was top-class, responsive with every request.

TBH, the room was a bit pricey, we expected better.

Big rooms come with an amazing bath suitable for a modern Medici, sofa bed and balloons. The location is very central.

The weather was very warm, had really nice stay out of a visit here. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was GOOD for the breakfast.

The hotel made a large breakfast. I booked big room with nice ac. The location was very central, near to Florence, Italy, the major attractions and the center of town.

Its location just a short walk away from a medieval cathedral was beautiful. I've had new-fashioned and airy room with rose petals, ample closet space plus a marvelous view.

Beds were not comfortable in this place.

The location was magnificent, just a pleasant stroll away from a cathedral-flanked square. You could walk to the main shopping centre and shops.

Tbh, had a very very good stay by another night. Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, fabulous food, delightful views. The hotel was in a very central setting in expansive garden. What's more, it was really close to Florence is about, the prominent sights, and Both on property restaurants. Had a superior king room, and we liked it. All the staff were customer-oriented, top-class.

I must comment on its very central location - it was amazing.

We will be back as the hotel met requirements. Had nice dainties at Bar Donatello, located extremely close to the venue.

it truly was a wonderful experience. the setting was unique here. placed 10 mins on foot from palazzo vecchio and adjacent to many other city attractions.
