Hotel Galileo

The hotel was in a comfortable and ideal location near to the main Railways Station that s Santa Maria Novella, attractions, lots of restaurants, supermarket nearby and several supermarkets. The breakfast was satisfactory with a lot of dishes. The daily service was exceptional.

They served such poor breakfast, it can be way much better.

Clean hotel in an old fashioned building near to galleries, museums, churches, the town centre and the main areas of the city. Marvellous location of the venue to everything from the markets to the Duomo & Ponte Vecchio. Situated only 1 km from an unusual and inspirational church.

Had a pleasant stay for 3 nights as father daughter time, everything was perfect. The hotel was in a magnificent position just next door to train station and tram stop, local restaurants, and tram stop. I often went to Il Cantone del Guelfo to pick up some food.

Good sized units with including '' fragola '', and the staff were very helpful.

Our standard twin room was equipped with a mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and a personal safe. The location was good and magnificent for visiting restaurants and bars close to the hotel.

the room was more than soundproof and silent and included a reasonably spacious bathroom. good beds, the staff were really helpful and gentle. the location was magnificent, very close to train station and most of attractions, and had particularly nice views.

Silent functional rooms, they are provided with including '' fragola '', good coffee, the water boiler.

Their breakfast is such poor, can be better.

The breakfast of this place was good with possibly the worst coffee I 've ever tasted, appreciated it. Had very central location to historical sightings also to the transport.

Its location was central, close to Medici Chapel. It took me 10 mins to get to the bus station.

The location was good to central market or Santa Maria Basilica, close to the train station. We tried some restaurants, including Royal India Ristorante which boasted a healthy cuisine.

It was soundproof, good-sized and with very comfortable beds. All the staffs were top-class and attentive. The location was perfect - ease of access to an indoor market hall.

We stayed 3 nights and it was a nice fit. Near the train station, the location was incredible and magnificent, close to the train station.

Staff were top-class, room was large with a refrigerator. The location was exceptionally nice, for example, a l-shaped square was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Great location in the centre of the city and easy access to all the main shops and supermarkets. And also just a walking distance from Statues of David.

Excellent location - easy walk to everywhere we needed. The staff was very amiable and gentle and the views were pleasant.

The staff were not very friendly, didn't expect that coming.

Make sure to get standard room with very comfortable beds and exceptional choice of " dolce " plus fruit.

They provided a particularly nice breakfast with espresso waiting and possibly the worst coffee, as example.

A great value hotel, my first choice in Florence. Fantastic base for rest in Florence. Gentle and friendly people working here, functional room. A mini-fridge-bar, climate control and a personal safe in the room and the good bed. A nice view from the window. Incredible setting, close to restaurants and bars. A lot of food options within walking distance of the venue.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, nevertheless everything was perfect. The breakfast had a good choice of healthy options, and was good. The service was exceptional, liked it. It made our trip to Florence a perfectly pleasant experience🙂😃

The location was particularly good and magnificent for walking around a medieval cathedral. Excellent and efficient staff who were always there to help.

Location: the hotel was near close to all attractions, sightseeing, tours, transportation and many restaurants and supermarkets. The breakfast was satisfactory with espresso and ham, and the ones who served it were affable!

the hotel was close to a train station. the location is convenient. honestly nothing to complain about.
