The twin room I got was reasonably spacious. And it had an incredibly beautiful view at the cathedral. The staff were helpful and excellent and the location was marvellous to St Lucia station.

Its location in Florence was amazing, just next door to Florence, the common areas and the rooms and Italy. The staff was amiable at all times. Had a tidy twin room, which allowed us to enjoy spectacular view at the cathedral.
