Everything was very good, had a very very good stay on vacation. The hotel's location was unbeatable, not far from CENTRAL RAILWAY STATION AND CENTRE and Santa Maria Novella. Florence Historic Centre district was worth visiting. We requested a deluxe queen room with splendid view and were completely satisfied. The staff was very friendly, attentive.

The rooms are neat and updated with a lovely balcony, the painted walls, as example. The food is delicious and local.

Fairly clean property with really kind and cordial staff on the reception desk. Super location, restaurants and bars close to the hotel. Easy access to Peretola airport, within 10 km.

The location was great in the centre of Florence, near to the train station. The team provided an excellent service.

A private safe, a mini-bar, and central heating available in the classic double room. Incredibly nice breakfasts with sweet delicacies and scrambled eggs, as for instance.

The venue is wonderful and exceptionally comfortable. The classic queen room is updated, we also appreciated lovely views. The hotel's location is stunning and the staff are very, very nice. Access to a train station, which is near the property.

The staff, everyone, was extremely polite and outstandingly accommodating. Both rooms we booked were neat with high picturesque ceiling, no complaint.

Incredible and amazing location with the train station near to the hotel.

I've been here for 4 nights, the breakfast was good and incredible with cured meats and endless. The location was great and fab because it was close enough to the main railway station, the beautiful Santa Maria Novella and a beautiful church and restaurants. Plus, a prominent art museum was at a short distance from the hotel.

Modern and spotlessly clean place with especially helpful and efficient staff. Perfect location in a fabulous area just off Piazza di Santa Maria Novella as well as all transport.

The property was clean and centrally located very close to everything. Thanks to the nice staff everything was great, including lots of appetising food. Location: the hotel was just off Florence's historic sights, very close to the train station and Close to the bus station to the Mall. Florence Historic Centre district was worth staying in. This was my great stay on vacation.

Centrally positioned to find the tram. Plus, walking distance to a 15th - century Dominican church. Reasonably good breakfast selection, very courteous stuff.

Unbeatable location to a medieval cathedral. Fabulous and brilliant units with a bath tub and good design touches, and PERFECT staff.

The location is prime - nearby the train station. Take a look at Florence Historic Centre district, its worth it.

The location is perfect and incredible, 1 km from a medieval stone bridge. I have stayed in the deluxe queen room with a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a satellite TV.

The units are new-fashioned, spotless with a balcony view over, a balcony, for example.

Comfy bed, helpful staff. Room was great value. Jk Place Firenze, where you can eat, is short way from the hotel.

all in all, it was vacation base for traveling to florence. very clean room. we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Morning meal food was EXCELLENT. One of our favorite spots piazza della signoria was right by this place.
