the venue met needs and i would return anytime. it is straightforward hotel, i really enjoyed decent location and warm rooms. it offers great breakfasts and has a really nice restaurant. fantastic service, they provide a public parking and free wi-fi.

We had a fairly nice experience. The place was fairly clean and we loved triple room. The location was great and absolutely perfect for walking around an art museum. It was located in a pretty comfortable area. The vibe here was quiet.

We think it's a cosy base for staying in Florence. All the staff members are excellent and extremely friendly. The location is decent and good, in an old palazzo. Trattoria za Za, where you can eat lunch, is within a close distance from the hotel.
