Everything was really good, met standards, and the staff were superbly friendly people with he first staff member. I've been here for 1 night, the breakfast was overall complimentary and enjoyable with Cappuccino made to order.

The location was excellent, you can visit Saint Saviour Pimlico by walking.

The restaurant here was awesome for our dinner, we both ordered amazing dishes. Marvellous and fantastic location, a subway station was nearby the hotel. Florence Historic Centre district was worth staying in.

Romantic and reasonably clean place with amazingly attentive staff with he first staff member. Unbeatable setting in the very nice area, so close to the Duomo and other main attractions in Florence, most areas including the major bus terminal and dome. Easy walk to The Grave of a Nazi Dog.

The atmosphere created was quiet. The pool area was lovely and the location was absolutely perfect and excellent, close to the train station, and the Old City. Moreover, it was near Bessborough Gardens.

The property was unusual and homey and we had a really nice stay. The view from the twin room was fabulous! The staff were super friendly and outstandingly accommodating and assisted with private parking. It was in the very central location very close to the street market. Delicious and sensational breakfast, food was fab.

We had a nicely decorated room with spotless bathroom, that's big plus. Our location was perfect right in the city center.

By and large, it was ideal base for sightseeing in Florence, had much fun and met incredibly attentive and top-class staff with he first staff member. The hotel was well appointed and in a central location right by Markets, Statue of David and the Market and Close to main sights.

The location of the hotel in Florence is absolutely perfect, just off all the museums, the most popular tourist attractions and lovely bars and restaurants. The units were tastefully decorated with a huge king four-poster bed.

Overall had really good stay by this sweet talking hotel manager. This property was located in a central area next to city center, the academia and where the locals live street ahead leads to the market centrale and vibrant market. It also was out to the Accademia.

Plus, the location is marvellous, minutes from an art museum.

The location was peaceful and best possible, for example, an open - air market was within walking distance of the hotel. We had the triple room provided with twin beds, extraordinary modern, for example. The staff was pleasant and efficient providing the information.
