Wonderful property with welcoming staff and marvellous location in the center. Easy check-in, fairly quiet room with bathroom, a garden, for example. Location close enough to all major sights, the nature, and the centre.

The rooms were warm and the bed was good. The location was marvellous and stunning yet it was near downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Fortezza da Basso - Gardens...

Lovely central hotel in a lovely area of Florence. Very very kind and welcoming staff with a good portion of humor. In the middle of the city, very convenient. Fabulous restaurant.

This place was delightful in general with an extremely helpful staff team. Breakfast with very good coffee. The location magnificent and incredibly comfortable in the nature. Really close to market and the old town. What a just perfect stay, nothing too much trouble.

Worth its 2 stars. This hotel was brilliant base for exploring Florence, enjoyed it. Venue's porter helped us a lot! The restaurant was located within 400 metres.
