Had a comfortable stay for one night, glad I've chosen it. The rooms they have were good-sized and cosy with a clean bathroom, coffees and comfortable bed.

Great and incredible location, within short walking distance of everywhere. Fab variety at breakfast.

Greatly enjoyed the suite with a clean bathroom, fluffy towels, for instance I was given. The staff were pretty friendly and gentle and the location was stunning.

It was a really great stay for one night. We appreciated the food, it was fabulous.

Fine breakfast, we really enjoyed toast, pastries, scrambled eggs, and bacon. The location was marvellous and incredible right close to the Accademia and met requirements.

The breakfast includes great food like toast, pastries, scrambled eggs, and bacon. The location is great and incredible, and the area is nice enough a short walk to restaurants and bars. If you walk 15 minutes, you'll find Pimlico metro station. Overall, we totally recommend this good basic hotel to all.

Lovely bed and particularly good location to all the places. Again, walking distance to The Queen's Club. Lovely stay for one night, nothing to complain about.

Had a functional and clean room to myself with fluffy towels, coffees, as for instance. The location was marvellous and brilliant, close to restaurants and bars. It was a fairly nice area, a unique base for me.

Well, it was a very comfortable stay for one night. Its location a short walk to a Renaissance palace was marvellous and fantastic.

The hotel's location was excellent, near Medici Chapel, San Lorenzo, the Mercato, restaurants and many well known sites, all the major sites and Galleria dell'Accademia or San Lorenzo.

The property was in the heart of the city. The staff members were attentive and best. The breakfast was particularly good with juices and yogurts, as for instance, perfect to start our day.

The location was absolutely perfect there, near to all the sightseeings. Hotel's staff was extremely helpful all the time. The room was more than brand-new and included a huge bathroom.

Little and quirky place, comfortable base for one night. Amazing location to everything you may wish to see, in the downtown area. Easy walk to Statues of David.

It was quaint hotel for one night. The breakfast was fine exactly as I hoped, with cheese and great jug of coffee, for instance.

Very central location just next door to all the main attractions and San Lorenzo, it was in a pretty nice area. Florence Historic Centre district was worth visiting. The breakfast had a great selection of options and toast, pastries, scrambled eggs, and bacon were great!

We had a really great stay that exceeded high expectations, would come there again. The food we tried was fabulous and they have a wide array of meals to choose from.

Not so helpful staff!

The breakfast had a lot of fabulous food and drinks. A safe, a mini-bar and central heating in brand-new rooms were awesome. It had perfect location with access to a Renaissance palace nearby.

The staff are lovely and great and offer concierge service, wake up service, and ironing free of charge. It's nestled in a neat building with great and brilliant location to the food market.

The location is absolutely perfect, not very far from a 15th - century Renaissance mansion. 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located very close to centre. The stuff are extremely helpful, managed the parking nearby.

The staff we met was attentive. Its location was very central, 300 metres from Via del Proconsolo. Further, it was just next door to the main attractions of Florence, the centre and restaurants.

The unit we got was neat with 4 single beds, fluffy towels, coffees. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the major tourist attractions in Florence, and the train station and airport shuttle.

The hotel was cheerful and clean in general. The staff was welcoming, and the rooms were tidy. The location was brilliant and exceptional, within walking distance of an open - air market. It was great 3 days, would come here again.
