Had a memorable stay for 4 nights, everything was brand-new. I had fresh food for breakfast with yoghurt. Close to a main station, the location was awesome and incredible, close to the center of the city. Besides, Saint Saviour Pimlico was nearby.

Newly decorated and reasonably large rooms provided with excellent walk-in shower, high painted, as example. Very central location and beautifully decorated and modern hotel itself.

The setting was awesome, near to the Duomo and San Lorenzo, attractions such as the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria, train station, restaurants, bars, central market and both train station and the Duomo. I was surprised at nearby River Cafe Firenze, they had some goodies, drinks.

The location was fabulous central and best possible, for example, an indoor market hall was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The room was well-equipped and tastefully decorated, and the bed was comfortable, would absolutely stay here again.

The location was unbeatable and excellent - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. It was set near a train station. The morning meal was very good with a continental and yoghurt.

The location near to all the tourist attractions was unbeatable and awesome for us. What's more, it was short walk to the duomo and other tourist sites and railway station and sights.

Stayed there for trip and had a just perfect experience, so I would return there. The best part was the continental breakfast. Everything was perfect and the stuff where helpful. The location was ideal in the centre of everything, close to a picturesque medieval arched river bridge. Further, it was just next door to the duomo and the train station, the SMN train station and the San Lorenzo market and attractions such as the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria, train station, restaurants, bars, central market.

Safe hotel, superfriendly staff. Fashionable and functional units on the 3rd level. Magnificent and fantastic location close to absolutely everything an ordinary tourist needs to visit and very comfortable area.

Completely rude staff!

All the staff were wonderfully helpful, very amiable. They gave a standard twin room with art work on the ceilings, decor which suited the history, for instance as we booked.

The suite had all necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable and there were an electronic key card, a work desk and a TV. The location of the hotel was incredible and easy - at a walking distance from a medieval cathedral. The staff was caring - I would return here.

Had a just perfect stay during our trip. It was brand-new, great-sized and in front of the front desk. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from a l-shaped square. The restaurant was very convenient, with fresh dishes.

Nicely furnished and well-appointed unit with comfortable bed. Unbeatable location, few metres away from a 15th - century Renaissance mansion. Short walk to the train station, the main railway-station and Florence for. A lovely way to end my trip.

The staff were great, unbeatable and easy location close to everything. Spent our evenings in nearby Don Joe Lounge Bar enjoying drinks and atmosphere. Our double room was impeccable with a very nice bathroom and art work plus patio for smokers.
