The venue is gorgeous with spotless and budget rooms. Exceptional service, delicious and comprehensive breakfast with freshly prepared scrambled eggs and wholewheat bread. Great and stunning location, close to a train station if needed.

Everything was very comfortable, the parking was on-site, the room was double superior and normal double. Fresh fruit, tea, croissants, fresh bread, and cereal were outstanding and overall there was a good choice of food. The check-in was smooth, we appreciated Irish bar.

Can just recommend it to all, enjoyed this hotel. The location is good and just off the museums and the cathedral and a pedestrian street. Also, it's 3 km from a Hyde park.

Views are nothing special.

What a perfect location to everything in less than 15 minutes! Very good sized rooms with minibar and safe, food good.

I really enjoyed it, have never been in a better hotel. Strategic super central location so close to a GREAT location, Medici Chapel, within walking distance to all attractions and taxis and restaurants.

The hotel serves rich and large breakfasts with great Italian coffee.

By and large, it was decent base for sightseeing in Florence, had much fun and met customer-focused and all professional staff who excel at customer service. We really enjoyed fresh fruit, milk, croissants, and slices of fresh bread at the breakfast.

It is a funky building, the rooms are spotless and budget with complimentary laptop. The location is awesome and brilliant, close to the main railway station.

The check-in was painless and the atmosphere was contemporary overall. We got a room with a bath. The location was great and stunning, for example, a medieval cathedral was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Newly renovated, air-conditioned room and well priced with clean towels, a lovely glass, for instance. Good location, crowded area. Besides, very convenient to an indoor market hall.

Such a really nice stay on vacation. Amazing choice of fresh fruit, coffee, croissants, slices of fresh bread, and cereals at breakfast. A decent size and well priced room with a double bed or 2 twin beds. Fantastic and incredible location, is fantastic if you do n't mind being located next to several Chinese restaurants.

Location: the hotel was not far from Mercato Centrale as well as the central market of Florence which is a great place to spend a nice time at. Florence Historic Centre district was definitely worth visiting.

We ate at a good restaurant for dinner. The setting was quite perfect within easy reach of a medieval cathedral.

Enjoyed how the suite in a contemporary style was arranged when we arrived. Rich fresh fruit, tea, croissants, fresh bread, and cereal served in the morning.

This location was great and stunning, short walk to Central Station and The Basilica di San Lorenzo as well as the great food market, which has opening hours from 8 to 00.01. I had new-fashioned and well-organised room with hypoallergenic pillows.

The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. The rooms are air conditioned with ample bathrooms.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. We liked location and staff - amazing. You can relax at Fratelli Zanobini, located nearby. Also, free Wi-Fi was provided.

Friendly staff, DELUXE hotel with a pleasant ambiance. A microwave, an electric kettle and glassware were a huge plus. The downtown is within 5 minutes' walk. Breakfast was very good, we loved it. We would love to come back here some time when visiting Florence.
