Everything was great, personnel was very very helpful and superfriendly. The room was well-equipped and big with nice beds and an electric kettle, an air conditioning and television etc. The location was good, for example, an art museum was at a moderate distance from the hotel. When I arrived the owner was friendly. I loved street food restaurant Sandwichic, situated 100 metres away from the hotel...

There was no elevator.
