It was perfectly clean, the staff was absolutely excellent and best, plus the service was unparalleled. Superior king room was lovely romantic and tastefully decorated with balcony. There were a mini-bar, central heating, and an iron when we arrived. The location was incredible and wonderful for walking around a medieval cathedral. Appreciated our stay, can recommend this place.

We enjoyed deluxe queen room provided with balcony and a mini bar plus luxurious bathrooms. Absolutely perfect location, Peretola airport was 10 km away. The staff were caring.

Very comfy beds, lovely and wonderful location away from the main tourist area. And close to many eateries and sightseeings of Florence, and the Duomo and other main attractions.

The setting is unbeatable and incredible, close enough to the Academia, the Duomo and many other attractions, and the museum. Staff is very friendly and competent and you can park your car nearby. Make sure to get king room with the balcony, a mini bar, for example.

Special and romantic hotel in an incredible position within walking distance of all main attractions. Tastefully decorated room & good bed. Location just off the Duomo, many eateries and the Accademia Gallery. Perfect 10/10 overall experience.

I would say it's decent place for staying and exploring Florence. It has perfect location next to the center of Florence, many eateries, and the Academia, Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery.

Hotel's location was next to main attractions like ponte vecchio. We liked stuff and rooms there, everything needed for our weekend. It's worth staying here and exploring Uffizi district.
