All in all, its pleasant place that has exceptionally kind and incredibly nice staff at reception desk.

The classic queen room was compact, I felt like at home. Had central location to the center of the city square.

Amazing, incredible location really close to main city area, attractions and shops, and Pisa & outlet shopping. Besides, easy access to Il Coltellaio dei Ciompi. Lots of delicious and nice breakfast options.

It was about 10 km from the airport. The room we got was comfy. The breakfast was delicious and nice, had variety of options.

The classic triple room was newly remodelled, very well taken care of. There was a fairly clean bathroom with a bath and a shower. Location: the hotel was adjacent to a shop, the main tourist attractions and Florence has to offer.

It was wonderful, attractive and with murphy beds.

The location was exceptionally nice and perfect, for example, Rooms was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The place had a comfortable atmosphere. We were given a classic room, it was contemporary and recently refurbished.

The hotel is quirky and clean, has magnificent views over the park. The classic room is newly decorated and contemporary. Comfortable vibe, the staff is very honest. The location is particularly good and perfect, relatively near a l-shaped square. Plus it's set in the nice quiet area.

All in all everything was really good, had a very nice stay for 2 nights. It had comfortable modern rooms. The staff was attentive, got me a taxi, and provided packed breakfast before I left. I greatly enjoyed the stay here.
