Overall it was extremely spacious with the balcony. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were available. The service was perfect, we had a wonderful breakfast.

Exceptional location near most tourist destinations and restaurants in Florence, it's very central.

The hotel was in an amazing location just next door to Florence for University reivews.

The rooms turned out to be huge and brand-new with coffee as well as 1 queen bed. It was so close to the key sights, all other attractions in Florence and the Piazza del Duomo, perfect and stunning location overall.

The venue's position was very central. The staff were pleasant and courteous too.

The weather was warm, had fine stay for a marvelous visit. The location turned out to be amazing and incredible, so close to the library, the centre of the city, and the center of Florence.

The staff were informative, the room was reasonably spacious with kitchenettes, coffee, as for instance. The location was super and I could use private parking nearby.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was slow.

The staff was really kind and kind from arrival until we left. The setting was quite exceptional within easy reach of a landmark marble-clad religious monument.

The stunning location for the price, so close to the centre with plenty of restaurants and shops, restaurants in Florence and the railway station. Variety of goodies for breakfast.

The location was amazing, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a medieval cathedral. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the deluxe apartment itself was well-appointed and generous-sized.

Enjoyed our stay, had great 3 days overall. The staff there were extremely friendly and particularly helpful. Got tastefully decorated room with a balcony and high ceiling - always come in handy. The location of the hotel was unbeatable and excellent - around 10-15 minutes walk from a fortress palace. No complains at all, the venue met requests, would be happy to recommend it.

I've had an excellent stay for a marvelous visit. Everything here was excellent, and the weather was warm, liked it. The location was brilliant, only 5 minutes walk to an art museum. This hotel was located in a gorgeous area.

Fantastic hotel with city views of the skyline of Florence and knowledgeable and attentive staff. Unbeatable and magnificent location, at a short distance from a fortress palace. Set short walk to most tourist destinations and restaurants and the Piazza del Duomo in the gorgeous area.

Really had very lovely stay for 3 nights. Awesome location, knowledgeable staff, magnificent views of the Cathedral. Exceptionally comfortable beds in our deluxe apartment. A bidet in the bathroom. Location just off restaurants in Florence, the Duomo and the square. Also, in the center of florence.
