Everything was good, perfect location close to ObiHall concert venue, the staff were consistently courteous. We had a comfortable bedroom. The service was great, including delicious breakfasts and a lovely pool. Took advantage of concierge service, offered at no cost.

Perfect hotel with spa. Cheap, brand-new rooms with big bed.

Breakfast was marvellous, lovely views, comfortable location really close to the center of Florence, the Firenze Campo de Marte train station, and lovely shops & a food market. Had good-sized and air-conditioned room for a nice stay of a walk into town. The staff was extremely friendly and amiable and the bed was spacious.

The place was clean, I booked the single room with street views, everything was perfect. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, an individual safe, climate control, and a mini-bar.

No complaints, the venue met what was needed. My breakfast was amazing with croissant and coffee machine and ham.

The room is nice and accommodating with a balcony, also they can offer wake-up service. The breakfasts is satisfactory with lots of food.

This hotel suited the needs! The breakfast was amazing with croissant, ham, cheese, no complaints. The location in a residential quiet area was marvellous and convenient for us. We stayed for 4 nights here, loved Lungarno del Tempio district.

Pretty quiet area, excellent and absolutely perfect location, short walk to the main attractions, the bistro and the main tower. Good sized and air-conditioned room and big bathroom with a hairdryer, a bidet and dressing gowns.

The staff were eager to help with our transfers to the airport. We loved the superior room as it was bright. Had central heating, an electronic key card and tea/coffee making equipment: )

overall it was huge and cheap with balcony. having central heating, an electronic key card and coffee/tea making machines was very convenient. i liked the central location plus the staff were eager to help. the staff were pleasant and consistently courteous in the entire hotel.

We have spent 2 days in superior queen room with kitchenette and WiFi, everything was really good. The location was marvellous, for example, Rooms was relatively close to the hotel.

The location in the city center area was marvellous and decent. Further, it was near to a central place to go to for taxi's past 10pm, a taxi, and a restaurant.

Actually the room was nice. 4-star hotel in Florence. Located 300 feet from the venue, pasticceria dolce morso was a good choice to eat. We appreciated the fact that we chose grifone:)))
