What a real good stay, nothing to complain about. Perfectly clean place with courtyard views and helpful and caring staff.

I booked it many times and recommend. Had breakfast in the restaurant. The rooms of the hotel were cheap and large with a balcony. The location was marvellous and incredible, 10 km to Peretola airport, perfectly reachable. A good market and a market were right next door.

Our stay was very very good and we would definitely return here. Everything was perfect, really helpful staff, incredible location near to walking distance and the train station and the centre of Florence. Greatly enjoyed our rooms with balcony.

Unbeatable and nice location, at a walking distance from a l-shaped square. The rooms - beautiful little, beautifully maintained with comfy bed, a balcony, for example.

Beds were not very comfortable.

Liked our stay, had very nice 4 days overall. The staffs were caring & very friendly. The rooms were charming little and air-conditioned.

The hotel was nice, we liked its KIND staff. The location was unbeatable, in the historical center! The lunch in L'osteria di Giovanni very close to the property had every choice imaginable. They served good food in the bar for breakfast.

Nothing, it is perfect.

It had a perfect and excellent location - next door to a central railway station.

Cheap and reasonably large units with a rather quaint balcony, kettle, crisps supplied daily, and the staff were very-very nice.

we had king room to ourselves with comfy bed, kettle, for instance. location: the hotel was short walk to central florence, all major attractions and a great restaurant right across the road, and the cafe. and it's just a short stroll away from le cappelle medicee, ate there once or twice.

The venue is placed in a very central position right in the city center.

Marvellous location and very good staff were a definite plus. We really enjoyed queen room provided with crisps supplied daily, a decent bathroom, for instance.

We stayed 2 nights and it was a very good fit.

We didn't have time, so that's why we would definitely return here. The location was absolutely perfect and incredible, at a short distance from a medieval stone bridge...
