Incredible and exceptional staff with a smile.

My deluxe room was panoramic, huge. The staff were very very nice and welcoming hole time of my stay. The hotel was in a very central setting to all the landmarks of Florence including shopping areas. It was also just off helpful nature of the staff, the River and the Duomo and centre of Florence.

The room was brand-new, included hypoallergenic pillows. The bathroom we had included a shower and slippers and a bathtub.

Thoroughly enjoyed our luxurious stay for a night. Everything was fine, the wifi was free. That hotel was in the best possible and convenient location, within walking distance of all the major attractions. We booked double room, it was brand-new.

Well-equipped and a nice size units on a rollaway bed. Comfortable location, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Sainsbury's. Walking distance to a main shopping street and shopping streets across the street.

Had an extra special stay for a night, everything was amazing. The breakfast was enjoyable for what was on offer with glutenfree options and hot items.

I had an outstanding experience here, everything was perfectly fine, the location was convenient just next door to the historical center, the train station and historic downtown and all of the high end designer shops. The staff was competent and the views were panoramic. Buffet breakfast had a nice variety.

The daily service was good. Parking was nearby, fee - gbp 51 per day. The hotel was sophisticated, it had a perfect and magnificent location short walk to the restaurant, a nearby establishment, and all historical sites in Florence. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring.

Wonderful and quiet place with welcoming staff during the turn down service. Fantastic and amazing location, to the train station or the Ponte Vecchio. And not far from historic downtown and all of the high end designer shops, Accademia and Ponte Vecchio and Florence for over 35 years.

Well presented rooms have an elegant design.

The room was brand-new and top-class, had separate bathroom. The outdoor bar was great, thoroughly enjoyed this place.

Everything was fine, convenient location right by Uffizi or railroad station, bar/restaurant and front desk and the main center, service-minded staff. We had the double room and it was beautifully presented. The beds were very spacious and the view was panoramic!

Had memorable stay for a night. The room was huge with three beds which worked very well and I enjoyed the classic-style building. Pleasant staff and the location was super and brilliant. There was a nice restaurant at a moderate distance from the hotel. Peretola airport was hardly 15 minutes away by car.

we had the deluxe queen room it was luxurious. the location was spectacular almost in city center, a minute walk from a fortress palace.

Rooms are huge and airy with excellent amenities, bathtub, as example, food is appetising.

This hotel had everything we needed, we really loved atmosphere and rooms. Period furnishings. Property is perfectly located just walking distance from the city center. In addition, free Wi-Fi was useful.

The furniture was classical. We enjoyed the location, which was great.
