The most important was the staff - extremely helpful and incredibly attentive people. Its location was peaceful, right by train station and leather market and main train station and short walk to main sights.

Clean bathroom and well air-conditioned and reasonably large room. Breakfast with jam, cornflakes and ham. Good location in Florence Historic Centre district really close to main train station and short walk to main sights, all attractions in Florence and very nice restaurants. Excellent service and good value. Very very helpful and welcoming staff always on hand.

Location: the hotel was so close to the center of historic Florence, the Santa Maria Novella railway station, where the Pisa airport coaches also drop off, and Florence for vacations to be relax and pay for. A cool bonus was Bar Arcobaleno, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee...

Wide varieties of tasty food at breakfast. The rooms with basic facilities. Amazing and fantastic location so close to the train station and easy access to the main shopping centre and a market.
