Hotel Hermitage

The double room I got was included with the bathroom, a Jacuzzi bath and beautiful views. The staff were highly courteous during my stay. The hotel location was magnificent and stunning to whatelse I saw in the historic center. And it was also near to the Ponte Vecchio, Plaza Signoria, the Uffizi, the Arno and more, the Arno River and the Ponte Vecchio and the better resturants which are a short walk across the river from the tourist area.

The location met needs well, it was excellent and incredible taxis in Florence that will accept card payments.

I was here for 2 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant for dinner. It was in a great and fab location so close to the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery arguably the top two attractions, all the tourist attractions and the best museums and restaurants. Café Cookie Creations located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The breakfast was good hot and perfect with fruit and yoghurt, as for instance and the restaurant food was fabulous.

Facilities were modern, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

Well, it was a wonderful stay for 2 nights. The room was kept very clean and available with a view.

Well, no breakfast.

It was an amazing location near to the old bridge and street, the pedestrian area and the Galileo and Uffizi museums and the PItti, Bargello, and Academia are a short walk away. I ate at the rooftop restaurant near the hotel.

Shame the bathroom was very tiny.

It was new-fashioned, functional and with a view. The location was PHENOMENAL, right by a fortress palace.

Easy check-in, very nice employees. Airy, functional units provided with three-a rollaway bed and bathroom.

The location is good and stunning and they have parking nearby.

When we visit Florence, like staying here. The rooms are functional and decent sized, the staff is very polite.

The venue is fantastic and exceptionally comfortable with incredible staff. This property is in a great and stunning location, very close to the Ponte Vecchio in the Heart of Florence and the Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi museum. Furthermore, Mathew Street is within a close distance from the hotel. The rooftop bar makes the cool drinks.

Its location in the church in the courtyard priceless was amazing and incredible.

This was an excellent stay for 3 nights. The restaurant was good sized for dinner, I tried hot dishes. The beds were good and the view of garden and rooftops was pleasant.

The rooms are well heated and large here with a shower, magazines, for instance. It has great and brilliant location 10 km away from the airport.

Units with balconies. The staff - pleasant and exceptionally nice. Marvellous small hotel location close to Uffizi Gallery arguably the top two attractions, and Uffizi and the Ponte Vecchio.

All in all incredible and stunning location, just next door to all the main sites Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi museum, Duomo, Boboli gardens and great restaurants, the Duomo, and the local supermarkets. And 5 mins walk to a l-shaped square. Lovely little room, impressive view of garden and rooftops. Nice beds and terrific service.

Warm and adequate breakfast — a great selection of meals. Incredible location in Florence's Historic District and air-conditioned rooms.

The property was fairly clean and pleasant! The location was very central, great for a museum and a palace located next to the hotel. Florence Historic Centre district was worth visiting.

Had a very positive stay for 3 nights, everything was modern. The staff were incredible, and the room was decent sized and functional for three-a rollaway bed. Liked our stay in this place. Breakfast was perfect, glorious views, awesome location really close to the Arno river at the Ponte Vecchio as well as the square at the back.

The location was great and fab, next to Via de' Tornabuoni. The people working in the hotel were welcoming.

The location was marvellous and stunning, relatively close to a l-shaped square. There were local supermarkets and shops around the hotel. My room was well heated and stylish with a view over the river.

The personal was highly courteous and attentive. The location was absolutely incredible, not too far from Arno River. I ate in the rooftop restaurant nearby.

The room was airy and neat with a window that opened onto the river. The hotel was in a great and stunning location, close to train station.

Good setting, really close to all the main tourist attractions, and all the main sites Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi museum, Duomo, Boboli gardens and great restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the superior queen room available with a rollaway bed, a great air conditioning system, a bar. The location was great and fab, just 5 min walk from a spandrel segmental arch bridge.

Charming small and special place with free Wi-Fi and rooftop restaurant. Unbeatable location for our visit to Full Up not too far from the hotel. Found in a crowded area. Exceptionally comfortable beds and magnificent views. Easy check in and exceptional service overall. No charge for concierge service and wake up calls too🙂😀

Warm and perfect breakfast with an excellent view, gluten-free bread plus yoghurt, very pleasant staff. Location - marvellous and stunning, adjacent to comfortable library and the Pitti Palace, the Duomo, and many other churches, art museums, markets and restaurants.

The location was awesome, right at an art museum. I enjoyed spotless and adequate room complete with magazines, an electric kettle, pastries. Everyone was polite and courteous. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Florence.

Peaceful and incredible location in a great area next to a museum and a tower. For tea or coffee visit Gelaterie Sofia Srl nearby. Immaculate, airy rooms complete with updated bathrooms, quirky antiques plus tea.

The stuff was friendly and a fantastic breakfast was provided. Gelateria Sofia is set 100 feet away from the property. The room faced the patio...
